Program Description
Caring Nannies (“Caring Nannies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a transactional and conversational SMS program for clients (families) and nanny candidates who have opted in. We use text messaging to:
- Respond to inquiries submitted through our website contact form;
- Schedule consultations, interviews, and trial days;
- Send appointment reminders and confirmations;
- Coordinate placements, including offer-letter logistics and start-date details;
- Provide ongoing customer service related to your account.
How to Opt In
You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Caring Nannies in either of these ways:

Through our website. On the contact form at caringnannies.com/#contact, check the box labeled:
“I agree to receive SMS text messages from Caring Nannies regarding my inquiry, appointment scheduling, and placement services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to unsubscribe. View our SMS Terms, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.”
The checkbox is not pre-checked and is optional — you may submit the contact form and use our services without opting in to SMS. - By providing verbal consent during a phone conversation with a Caring Nannies coordinator. Verbal consent is logged in our internal system with a timestamp.

Examples of the kinds of messages you can expect after opting in:
“Hi Caroline, this is Anne with Caring Nannies. I have two candidates I'd love to walk you through. Are you free for a 20-minute call tomorrow at 11 AM? — Anne”
“Reminder: your in-home interview with Marisol is scheduled for Thursday at 2:00 PM. Reply C to confirm or R to reschedule. — Caring Nannies”
“Hi Sarah — just checking in on how your first week with Lauren is going. Anything we can help with? — Millie at Caring Nannies”
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and ongoing engagement with our agency. Most clients receive between 2 and 8 messages per week during an active search, and fewer messages during quieter periods.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier for details about your specific plan. Caring Nannies does not charge a fee for SMS messages.
Help & Opt-Out
You can manage your SMS subscription at any time:
- Reply HELP at any time for assistance.
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all Caring Nannies SMS messages. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.
- Email us at millie@caringnannies.com or call (210) 666-2669 for any questions.
No Mobile Information Sharing
Caring Nannies does not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely for the purpose of communicating with you about our nanny placement services. This information will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Carriers Are Not Liable
Caring Nannies is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and is outside of our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent Is Not a Condition
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of our services. You may inquire about and use Caring Nannies services without opting in to SMS communications. We will reach you by email or phone instead.
